Contains:
White Willow bark- This incredible bark contains salicylic acid, which is the active anti-inflammatory component in over-the-counter medications such as Aspirin. It can be used to ease pain and reduce joint/muscle swelling.
Cramp Bark- Cramp bark has chemical components that work together to assist in relaxing muscle tension and reducing spasming and cramping in muscles.
Chamomile- This wonderful flower has anti-inflammatory, anti anxiety, and antispasmodic properties, addressing pain in several ways.
Skullcap-Skullcap is a nervine which provides relief from muscle spasms and is helpful in reducing anxiety
Lavender- Lavender supports the relief of muscle, nerve, and joint pain, as well as aiding in relaxation.
Licorice Root- In addition to its sweet taste, licorice root has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Pain Support Tea
Instructions: Place 2 tsp of tea blend into a loose leaf tea diffuser or a tea bag. In a heat safe mug, cover and steep tea blend in 1 cup of boiling water for around 15 minutes.
The cramp bark gives this tea a slightly bitter flavor, so it may be helpful to add honey or other sweeteners.Store in a cool, dry place.
