Calendula- Known for its soothing properties, calendula is an excellent anti-inflammatory and also has antibacterial and pain-killing agents
Fennel seeds- These little friends are helpful with many stomach ailments, including gas, bloating, and stomach cramping.

Nausea Tamer Tea
Instructions: Place 2 tsp of tea blend into a loose leaf tea diffuser or a tea bag. In a heat safe mug, cover and steep tea blend in 1 cup of boiling water for around 10-15 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.
