Horse Chestnut- Primarily, the horse chestnut herb itself possesses anti-inflammatory and astringent properties that tones or shrinks swollen blood vessels.
Butcher’s Broom- A traditional treatment for hemorrhoids, Butcher’s Broom enhances blood flow throughout the body, and the chemicals in the plant cause blood vessels and capillaries to constrict, reducing blood pooling.
Marshmallow Root- Marshmallow root has coating agents that are soothing to wounded tissues.
Yarrow- In addition to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, yarrow constricts blood vessels which may provide some relief from hemorrhoid symptoms.
Calendula- Known for its soothing properties, Calendula is an excellent anti-inflammatory and also has antibacterial and pain-killing agents.

Keep suppositories in refrigerator or freezer until ready to use. Wash hands before inserting suppositories. Remove from mold before insertion.
Rectal insertion: Insert into rectum. It is best to remain in a lying down position for at least 20-30 minutes after insertion to maximize absorption.
