This tea may help ease the many symptoms and discomforts that come with a cold or flu. Our teas are packaged by the ounce.




Elderberry- Elderberries are full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and help to activate the immune system in a balanced way. 


Licorice- In addition to its sweet taste, licorice root has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It has traditionally been used to treat coughs as well as ease sore throat symptoms associated with coughing.


Marshmallow Root- This amazing root is used to help with pain and swelling of mucous membranes in the respiratory tract and can help coat sore throats


Mormon Tea- Mormon Tea has an astringent effect, reducing mucus secretions.


Mullein- A powerful expectorant, mullein can help coughs become productive (getting mucus out). It’s demulcent qualities can help relieve inflammation in mucus membranes


Hibiscus Flower- Hibiscus is a delicious flower that contains antibacterial properties


White Willow bark-This incredible bark contains salicylic acid, which is the active anti-inflammatory component in over-the-counter medications such as Aspirin. It can be used to ease pain and reduce joint/muscle swelling.


Wild Cherry Bark- Used traditionally to treat coughs, Wild Cherry Bark is an expectorant (breaks up and helps the body get rid of mucus) as well as an antitussive, meaning it is useful in suppress coughs

Cough n' Sniffles Tea

  • Instructions: Place 2 tsp of tea blend into a loose leaf tea diffuser or a tea bag.In a heat safe mug, cover and steep tea blend in 1 cup of boiling water for around 15-20 minutes.

    Store in a cool, dry place.
