Instructions:
CBD suppositories are usually most effective just before or when cramping starts (if used during menstruation), or as-needed for chronic pain.Keep suppositories in refrigerator or freezer until ready to use. Wash hands before inserting suppositories. Remove from mold before insertion.
Vaginal insertion: Elevate your hips and insert the suppository as deeply as possible, and allow some time for the CBD to absorb into the local tissues.
Rectal insertion: This product may also be inserted rectally though this will increase the amount of CBD absorbed into the bloodstream rather than keeping effects primarily to the pelvic area.
It is best to remain in a lying down position for at least 20-30 minutes after insertion to maximize absorbtion.
