Oatstraw- Oatstraw is very rich in vitamins, such as vitamin E and other nutrients, that form the basis for its work in soothing nerves and preventing muscle spasms.


White Willow bark-This incredible bark contains salicylic acid, which is the active anti-inflammatory component in over-the-counter medications such as Aspirin. It can be used to ease pain and reduce joint/muscle swelling.


Cramp Bark- Cramp bark has chemical components that work together to assist in relaxing muscle tension and reducing spasming and cramping  in muscles.
